Education Qualification & Eligibility
1. Educational Qualifications:
- Trade Apprentices (ITI): Must have passed ITI in the respective trade from a Government-recognized Institute as a regular candidate.
- Graduate Apprentices: Degree in the respective branch of Engineering or General/Medical disciplines (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., BCA, BBA, B.Sc. Nursing) from a Govt. recognized University.
- Technician / Diploma Apprentices: Diploma in the respective discipline of Engineering or Paramedical streams (GNM, Physiotherapy, DMLT, DRT, DXT, DOTT, D.Pharma) from a Govt. recognized Institute.
2. Critical Eligibility Criteria:
- Passing Year Requirement: Candidates who passed the qualifying examination as regular students in the last 5 years ONLY (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026) are eligible.
- Awaiting Results: Candidates awaiting final results as on the last date of application are NOT eligible.
- Prior Experience / Apprenticeship: Candidates who have already completed or are currently undergoing 1 year of apprenticeship training or possess job experience of 1 year or more are NOT eligible.
3. Age Limit & Reservation:
Minimum Age: Not less than 18 years | Maximum Age: 28 years (as on 31st October 2026). Reservation and age relaxations will be followed strictly as per the guidelines of the Government of Chhattisgarh.

Selection Process & Weightage Criteria
Selection will be strictly based on Academic Merit evaluated through a walk-in document verification process. The final merit list will be prepared according to the following weightage:
* Note: If your university awards CGPA, you must convert CGPA into percentage as per board/university norms and present the valid conversion formula during document verification.

No. Selection is purely merit-based calculated on 30% weightage of Class 10 marks and 70% weightage of ITI/Diploma/Degree marks.

No. SAIL BSP will not provide any accommodation or Travel Allowance (TA) during training or walk-in. Candidates must make their own arrangements.
