· Office Assistant & Officer Scale-I: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Proficiency in the local language is required for Office Assistants.

· Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks and two years of experience as an officer in a bank or financial institution.

· Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officer): A degree in the relevant field (e.g., Electronics, Communication, IT, Law, etc.) with a minimum of 50% marks and one to two years of experience, depending on the post.

· Officer Scale-III: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks and a minimum of five years of experience as an officer in a bank or financial institution.
